Zeron 100. which is also sold under the names Super Duplex Stainless and Super Duplex, is a highly alloyed stainless steel that is designed for use in difficult and aggressive environments.

Because of its outstanding strength, Zeron 100 is known as a super duplex stainless steel. Originally created for applications that demand corrosion resistance to seawater in the North Sea, Zeron 100 is also perfect for other industries and applications.  These include:

• Ni 6-8%
• Mo 3-4%
• Cu 0.5-1.0%
• W 0.5-1.0%
• Mn 1.0% max
• Si 1.0% max
• N 0.2-0.3%
