A: Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.

A: Mill finish refers to the surface condition of the metal right after it’s manufactured. Mill finished products might have slight surface scratches, minor blemishes, or traces of oxidation. Since the focus isn’t on aesthetics, they’re typically used for further surface treatments like painting, polishing, or anodizing before their final application.
